The Pilates Chair is the most athletic piece of Pilates equipment. It will build strength in both the upper and lower body while challenging your core and your balance. These exercises are also great for skies, runners, tennis players and golfers.
The Pilates Tower is a total body workout done on a spring-based apparatus derived from the Cadillac. This system creates a strong core and a deeper level of pelvis stabilization with fluid movement. It will tone and lengthen muscles as well as help with balance and posture.
This suspension training system requires the body to use muscle strength to control its center of gravity during movement. TRX training develops core strength using functional movements and dynamic positions that specifically target core muscle groups while working the entire body.
